I would not recommend this company at all. Just recently had them do some work on my family home. They sent out some young guys that did not know what they were doing. Just left the flashing around the chimney all torn up and not fixed back. Similar situation as the other guy that put a review on here. They refuse to accept responsibility for poor work. Be careful because they told me that they would fix the flashing at their expense because I told them I was not paying until the job was done right. They hired some other guy from a company called Flu Tech to fix the flashing. I then paid Sterling Roofing Company. Guess what? The owner Richard Sterling then sends me a bill for fixing the damaged flashing that his crew did. Another bill for $1150 after they said they would fix it at their expense. This guy is really dishonest. If your hiring them because you think you are getting a professional company it is not. Unsupervised guys swearing constantly and no safety harnesses on either. I filed a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs and had to go to the trouble of seeking advice from an attorney. Don't get caught up with this company like I did.
