I called Dilmar Roofing to quote a job on a flat roofing project I had. They responded quickly and had a person out there to provide me with the quote required to get the job done. I had other quotes from other companies and still choose Dilmar Roofing as my contractor. They were fast, clean and courteous and did an AMAZING job! WOW! Simply amazing! I had my roof done by Dilmar in 2012. Lost some shingles in the wind storm on Friday, May 4th. I called the emergency number on Saturday morning, and within 45 minutes 2 very professional and personable men showed up in my driveway. They repaired my roof in less than an hour and were on there way with a thank you from me and a few bottles of water. Excellent service during an extremely busy time when many people had lost shingles (or worse). As well, whenever I call in to the office to ask a question, I have the pleasure of dealing with their wonderful, positive, happy receptionist! I highly recommend Dilmar for your roofing needs!

After shingles were replaced, I experienced rain water overflow at downpipe by rain gutter. Discovered shingle bag materials (plastic wrapping/older shingle material) had plugged downpipe to cause water to back up over the rain gutter. Dilmar owner (Jim Yeo) did nothing and claimed his crew would not do this? Owner said it came from other neighbours roofing repairs?? No, it was your crew and you did not take responsibility for your workers labour. I sent pictures to prove my point but no response. Poor customer follow up and satisfaction!
