This company did the flat roof of our office building 3 years ago. Within the first year the roof started to leak, however, the owner put the blame on everybody else, but his company. Their attempt to repair the roof did not succeed, it is still leaking and we have to regularly change the exterior lights, located under the roof, because of the water damage. All our complaint and requests to address the issue have been simply ignored by Mr. Silverio Fidalgo, the owner. Repair under warranty does not bring money, why bother! Would highly discourage anyone from contracting this company - you'd be left on your own facing all the consequences of a leaking roof within one year!
