Had multiple leaks today at a commercial property. Heritage showed up within an hour. Tyler was very thorough on his explanation of why the leak happened. He and his helper chipped out the ice and repaired the issues. Highly recommend!

Worst roofing company in town,they lie cheat and rip customers off all the time. I had 30 bundles extra and Dan truax told me to charge the customer anyway.Save your money

Sent message on Facebook- No response. Sent email- No response. Called, talked to receptionist who took my info and told me that I would get a call for a quote appointment- never got called back!! What terrible customer service!! You lost my business. Was recommended by a local contractor: I will be sure to let him know how I was treated.

With in a few days everything was fixed up.

1)Did not tarp my roof for the night and it rained. Internal damage was a result of this. Although they did pay for the repairs it took almost 2 months to get my house back to normal. 2) Exposed nails on the roof 3) cigarettes butts every where!!
