Terrible to deal with. Never did get our rebate either. They assured us that they were registered and that we would get our rebate promptly. That never happened. After over a year of talking to them and efficiency Alberta I have just given up on ever seeing that rebate money. The trim they put up around the windows is cheap garbage. They took a chunk out of our stucco and instead of saying anything just filled it in with silicone. Not impressed at all for the price.

Worst craftsmanship in town, owner and his son will walk away from you if you suggest they fix things like unlevel windows, "i don't see it" is the only answer, if they answer at all
