Formula Roofing provided us a new roof after the recent Hail Storm during the summer of 2018. We could not be more thrilled with their upfront service and consultation AND also crew that did the work. Dustin when above and beyond for us over and over during the process to ensure we got the roof we wanted as well as to ensure we got all the coverage we deserved from our insurance company. We had no experience with roofs or working with an insurance company for the replacement and Dustin guided us every step of the way. Because of his experience, we ended up getting 15% MORE insurance coverage that we honestly would not have gotten without Dustin's help. Dustin genuinely cares and we were so lucky to get him. We LOVE our new roof and we were so impressed with the roof crew. They were very efficient, but also really took alot of pride in their work and made sure the installation was perfect. One of the formula roofing project managers, Ryan, did some minor roof repair, replacing some rotted decking on mine and the neighbor's low sloping garage roof. He did it on the side by himself for a very favorable price to us because my neighbor has been a good customer to him over the years. He went above and beyond the original scope. He encountered many unforeseen issues and spent so much time and effort helping us get it right. He took pictures along the way and always kept us informed, he even helped me with my garage door when he didn't have to at all. If i have a bigger project or any other GC work needed I'm definitely going to call Formula Roofing!!
