Good Luck talking to anyone, only get answering machine one time got to talk to Gordon, and he acted as if this was strange, however said he would check into and call back in a few days. Which he did only left it ring one time and hung up I can call back every day, but no one answers. they have reps in USA that are out to rip you off, over charge, and not respond to any problem calls , when they claim they will.
