I’m not sure how many plumbers these guys have, but the one they sent to our place didn’t know what he was doing at all. Our kitchen tap was leaking badly. It was just a basic high rise tap. He spent ages dottering around working painfully slowly. Took a photo of the tap. Measured the tap. And also did a sketch of the tap (I’m serious!). He even tested the toby to make sure the water could be shut off when he next visited. Then he ended up quoting our landlord for a full replacement of the tap. She went back to the building company, as the house is only 20 months old, and they sent someone out who discovered the O-ring just needed to be replaced. Maybe Mr Plumber has other good plumbers in their team ... I’m not sure, but the one they sent to our house is my only experience of their company so I certainly wouldn’t recommend.
