Their follow up in regard to getting new roof for a Rotorua property was astonishingly poor. I first contacted them at least a year ago and got no quote. Phoned them again towards end Oct this year but still nothing weeks later. Even made at least 2 more calls to sales rep then finally he sent out a roofer end of November who got onto roof to provide him with measurements. A week later and another phone call we finally get quote... and it's thousands more than a local competitor.

Mark Bennett is a great roofer. He worked flat out and got it done in one day. Looks brilliant.

Metalcraft Rotorua are a great bunch of people. Walked in and wanted two non standard size coloursteel flashings. Picked up a day latter. Cut, fitted, job done. Thanks for the great service.
