Very poor service from the office. They do not return phone calls or E.mails. The windows do not close without scraping the frame and we have had such poor communication from them in resolving an issue with one of the windows which we cannot even close that we have had to resort to getting the bank involved. If this does not work, we will be taking them to court.

Well what can I say, don’t waste your time with company they are an absolute joke. Over 4 months waiting for a new door replacement and numerous phone calls to them chasing it, we finally got a date of installation today. My husband and I joked with each other this morning ‘ oh I wonder if we will get a phone call to say the fitter is off sick’ phone rings just after 9am. We are sorry the fitter has been off sick all week so he must be quite ill so we can’t come today. I just laughed. In the two years we have been dealing with this company, I can’t tell you the amount of times they have cancelled on the day as the fitter off sick. This is just the one problem we have had, there is a massive list. If anyone who is thinking of using this company I would message me first. 😡😡😡😡

we had our doors and windows replaced by KM windows. They provided a very friendly and professional service, the sales rep was very helpful in explaining the whole process from start to finish and showed us the range of products we could choose from. On the day of the fittings, everything went to plan and everything was fitted within a few hours. The fitter was very approachable and tidied up after himself and the finish on the doors and windows is excellent, money well spent. I highly recommend KM windows as the products and services are a cut above the rest and their prices are very competitive.

Don't waste your time! For a the first time ever, the timing of a door to door salesman was perfect! I'm remortgaging, and my wife and i have decided to replace the roof on our conservatory to make it warmer/cooler, and to make it match the house. I booked an appointment which required me to cancel plans. The morning of the appointment, they called to confirm, but when I told them that my wife had to go into work last minute, they cancelled on me instantly. I'm ashamed to say that I pleaded with the guy saying that i had the money and am actually looking to buy. But no good, he said it was their 'policy', which seems to be slightly prejudiced..... It seems very suspicious (and horrendously out-dated!) that they need both ('Husband & Wife') of us there; I'm thinking that they must have some seriously dodgy selling techniques where they plan to play the two us of against each other, so we feel forced to buy! In this day and age where businesses are struggling to get by, so to turn down someone, who genuinely wanted their product seems crazy! Now that i'm on writing this, I'm looking at their other reviews (totally should've done this already), I guess I dodged a bullet on this one! oh well off to trust a trader it is then! hope this helps!
