I am with an HOA company and Mike with Quality Roofing has been our go to roofer for the past 6 years. He is a smaller company and so he oversees all projects himself. He provides honest bids and sets realistic expectations. I always get 3 competitive bids for my associations and Mike will always be one of the contractors bidding. Out of a dozen or so roof replacements Mike has been awarded a majority of them from the Boards of the HOA's based on his pricing and service history. Mike is a roofer, so sometimes when speaking to him he is blunt and to the point and as such can be misconstrued as being rude - which he definitely is not. He is just a no BS kind of guy that will produce a great product at a great price and he will ALWAYS stand behind his work. This is why I will continue to work with him.
