Awful. This firm put up an extension roof on my property. Subsequently, we have had a rat infestation in the attic of said roof (never had rodent issues in property prior to this). I contacted firm to ask them if they didn't mind taking a look at roof to see if there's any issues which would potetnially allow the rats to enter via the roof. Was basically told "NO, I'm not interesed". I'll leave it you to decide if you think that's good customer service.
