In June, 2013, I signed a contract with Drury Bros. for roofing and siding replacement. The roofing was done in Aug. They had a good crew, cleaned up thoroughly, did a good job. At the time I signed the contract their estimator told me they did not do windows. Another estimator came in January, 2014, and said that they do window replacements. Despite numerous phone calls, letters, and E-mails I cannot verify that they do windows. I cannot get an estimate for windows or any idea when my siding will be replaced. The ladies who answer the phones are very nice, tell me someone will return my calls and no one ever does. E-mails and letters are simply ignored. I'm satisfied with the work that has been done but their customer service is the absolute WORST.

It seems that Don the owner does not care about paying the small sub-contractors that clean up the ceiling of the church that needed repairs from the Drury Bros. roofing replacement.
