While the work as far as I can tell is of good quality, the experience was far from good. Only part way through having the roof coated (a different colour) did I discover (after having to ask) that the quote excluding the gable ends tiling being coated. Leaving me with a house looking very odd with 2 different coloured roof tiles. Had I known this at the outset I may not have started!. After much discussion I agreed to pay more (£700) taking the total to £3,200. This was based on Pro clean taking 4 days to complete this extra work and I would only have to pay for 2 of them. To my disgust it then took less than 2 days to do the extra work, when I questioned this the response was "I don't want any further discussion on price". My advice if you choose to use them ask questions, ask for specifics and don’t agree to pay extras on a fixed price basis.

Jordan and his team did a great job on my roof. Very punctual, polite and good value for money.
