SCAM - LEFT WITHOUT FINISHING MOST OF THE WORK. Dan did the work for about 2 weeks and disappeared once the last payment was made (£18 000). Once payment was made, Dan and his team left without finishing most of the job and has since then refused to give us a refund. We were looking to change our ceiling/roof, as well as change the windows/door at the back of the room and the pictures below show what they left us with. He also added "wasted removal" on his quote, but as you can see, we were left with quite a bit upstairs. Plus, his builders broke the neighbors' front slate tile and he hasn't replaced it, even though he said he would. The website we found him on was so shocked that they sent 2 inspectors to have a look at it and have since then suspended his account and are reviewing "his company". Even despite 3rd parties getting involved, Dan still refuses to provide us with refund of £8350 which is the amount that we will now need to pay to have someone else finish the work and fix what was done. Happy to elaborate further over the phone if anyone needs some feedback before hiring him (at your own risk if you do!!!).
