Very Poor customer service don't answer phone or reply to e-mails. Product OK but they sent the wrong adhesive. Don't recommend

They never answer the phone!! Amended..... They phoned me and couldn't apologise enough, everyone deserves a 2nd chance. I have order again from them today.

I had a roofing project I needed to get done. I ordered some materials from them. the level of service was very good. it was very good value for my money. I got the materials rather quickly. I was very happy with service provided.

Excellent Company, I ordered a new kit for my garage roof it arrived the next day, a small trim piece had got damaged in transit I contacted them and a replacement was immediately sent and arrived the following day. The team were extremely curtious and helpful, I would definitely recommend and use again. Do not bother with other sites, this company know their stuff and the customer service is second to none.
