Firstly guys turned up when they said they would. They weren't phased or put out about the work I was wanting done (small pointing repairs). The guys did the job when they said they would. Three big pluses for me right away. Job done efficiently, with no fuss and at a good price. The guys are also very easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend to others and know who to phone if need roof work done in the future.
