Marcos was very thorough from start to finish. My 1 yr. old roof was damaged by the 2018 hail. When I questioned why (in 2019) the insurance estimate was approx. $3,000 less, he found that the previous roofer had not installed the impact resistant shingles (that I paid for!) in 2017. His roofers are very nice and explain what is going on. The gutter team was timely and organized. Very nice couple!

Excellent service from the beginning until the end. Marcos returned my calls and emails in a prompt matter. I used them to replace our roof, fascia, and gutters - they did an outstanding job! I had Marcos out quickly to give me a quote and go over my options after the hail storm last year. When the process started it was quick. All hurdles were cleared quickly, I had some rotted boards, and my roof and gutters look amazing. I was very happy with the work done and happy with the crew. They were courteous and friendly. I will be calling him again when I need another roof or any of my fascia needs replacing.

We thought we had a roof leak, discovering it in the evening. Marcos walked us through steps on what to do immediately. He came in the morning to check it out and within a week we had a new roof, new insulation, and an improperly installed vent replaced. He was there when the insurance adjuster came and gave us superior customer service. Not only that, but his crew left our property clean. We've had neighbors with nails and debris left from other companies, but Sanchez Bros left everything immaculate. They went above and beyond for a more than reasonable cost and they're local! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!

My roof had a leak around one of the vents, when their guy came out to inspect he also found damage from a hail storm 6 months earlier. They helped me with providing the proof I needed to file my insurance claim and was great with communicating when the work was going to be done and answering all my questions.
