I have used Pate and Lever for many years and have always been pleased with their service and the quality of workmanship. Adrian Lever has always been really helpful and has tackled some difficult projects with great results. Work has included replacement windows, an outhouse, an entrance porch on an 18th C cottage, and a new double glazed roof for our sun room. All have been well designed and built. Highly recommended!

We asked them to do quite a difficult job on our rear extension, involving, amongst other things, fitting new windows, soffits and facias. Mike Pate, the company owner, came and surveyed it and gave us confidence that his company would do a good job and then he gave us a competitive quote. The guys he sent to do the job had decades of joinery experience and from the standard of their work you could tell. They were really conscientious and professional and the job they did was even better than we expected. Really happy with their work and would highly recommend.

I contacted Pate & Lever as they were recommended by Romiley Joinery. However, although they arrived to quote for a price involving facia boards and upvc mock tudor, we did not receive a quote by email as requested?? Disappointed as this involved soffits, fascias and upvc cladding. Email address and mobile numbers were offered but obviously too busy to bother getting back to me?

Excellent company have used them to replace a large window and they have carried out repairs on older existing door fittings/ windows fittings. Would recommend them to anyone thanks for the great service
