Want a Roofing Co. well don't call anyone else but Jeff Spinato at 1st Priority Roofing. We were in the process of refinancing our home and we were required to have an appraisal done. So the appraisal people came out and she noticed a water spot on our ceiling and required us to have a roofing co come out to inspect to make sure there were no leaks. So I got on the phone to find someone to inspect our roof. I called four companies, all came out and wanted to replace the whole roof in order for them to give me a report that they fixed the leak. At this time I did not want to replace the whole roof. So I called one more company. 1st Priority Roofing, they came out and fixed the small leak and signed off on the roof for the appraisal company. Then they came back after we closed on our refinance. They put a whole new roof, skylights, gutters and anything else that had to be done to our roof in one day. They handled all the communication and paperwork between the insurance company and themselves. I requested tinted skylights and for some reason they came in without tint so Jeff and his company put remote controlled shades on our skylights,OMG they are the most awesome things I have ever seen, you can open them half way, all the way or one or the other, I just love them so much. We will never use any other roofing company other than 1st Priority Roofing and Jeff Spinato. Well done guys!!!!!
