I am surprised indeed by the review of 'A Google User'. The experience this writer describes is utterly at odds with my own - so much so that I suspect it may be malicious. Four years ago S R Carr Ltd built my 5 bedroomed house from scratch including extensive groundwork. The building was delivered on time, to a standard so excellent that it passed all surveys with no problem. On time, and within budget. (There was an instance when I asked for a price for some extra work and was told that this work was included in the original contract - a nice example of good, old-fashioned honesty!) And when I asked for small details to be attended to after we moved in, the company responded promptly and dealt with the issues in a friendly and professional way. I have recommended this company, and I still do very warmly recommend it, to anyone who wants a highly competent and thoroughly professional builder.
