We had the unfortunate luck to be passed their details by a friend who said they did a good job but that was not the case for us. Terrible service, rude staff and the complete idiot of a man John Johnson they sent round was beyond belief. What a ding bat.

Disgusting. My 83 year old mother who lives alone has been suffering with a blocked gutter that has been leaking into the upstairs bathroom when the rain is heavy. By chance this this man has been offering gutter cleaning on her estate in Pelsall so when he knocked her door she let him have a look at it. She told me that he advised her she needs the work doing asap as her roof is about to collapse and that this could cost her £40,000 to £50,000 in repairs. So when he quoted her £1200 to clear the gutters and repair the damaged roof she went ahead and booked him in. He turned up Monday evening and was here no more that 45 minutes completing the repairs and one of the neighbours told me that he actually spent most of that time sat in his truck outside the house. I called John this morning to ask what he's actually done for £1200.00 as the roof still leaks and how he sleeps at night knowing that he's fleeced an old lady who lives alone but he didn't seem too concerned as he kept repeating "I offered a quote and she accepted. She could've got a comparison"

Saw these guys working on the building next to ours and as we need our gutters cleaned I approached them for a quote. They sent over Tom, a bespectacled man who is of short stature and rather portly. He spent about ten minutes oogling the receptionist, (making her quite uncomfortable) scratching his backside and staring aimlessly up into the sky before offering me a rather ridiculous quote of £950. We decided to go with estate's maintenance man who did the work today for £150.
