I can not say enough about RJI to do them justice! My house was damaged in both last summers hailstorms. I was terrified to even file a claim much less look for a company with all the horror stories you hear. I can say this is the first review I've ever done and for good reason. RJI has been amazing in every step of this project. From my first inspection with Kyle who said "we will handle everything" and that they have. I was notified as to everything being done by Jeff who even drove down on my roof day to check the progress and to make sure things where going smoothly! I have to give Andy and Casey a huge thank you. You both have been very understanding and patient with all my questions. I've probably kept Andy from many meetings with my phone calls,but he handled it like a pro! I truly feel like a part of the RJI family after this experience. I will never use anyone else!

I have worked with RJI both at my business as well as my home. At our business location, we were hit very badly by the 2017 Lakewood hail storm. We had the same situation as Colorado Mills as our warehouse is full of skylights. Their team immediately came to our location while the storm was still going on to put tarps on our roof to try to save some of our inventory. They repaired our 25000 sq ft warehouse and have always respond very quickly if a need arises. My home then was hit in summer of 2018 and again, they responded to the problem very efficiently. Thankfully, I did not have the damage at my home that had happened to my office. I would highly recommend RJI. They work quickly and most importantly, fairly. They are a local company that you can always get a hold of unlike many of the roofers that are storm chasers. Great Colorado Company!!!!

I knew my roof needed work, but I travel for work and hadn't made the time to give it a proper look-- little did I know I needed a whole new roof and hardly had time to make a claim since I'd let it slip my mind for so long. Jacob handled everything for my wife and I. He is directly communicative and has been a pleasure to do business with. Exceptional quality and for almost the same amount that I budgeted for patchwork I initially thought would hold our roof over. Though I don't expect to need any roof repairs for a good 10 years, I have his contact saved for any friends that will.

First off I would like to say that the only reason I am not posting this review under my real name is because I am concerned about the backlash that would result because of it. The work being done on my home is ongoing and if in the case that I decide to post this under my name, I believe that the work done on my home may be affected because of it. I have difficulty giving this company three stars because I believe that it is a five star company for the most part. My salesperson, Andrew was great. He was helpful, friendly, kind, and funny throughout the whole process. I enjoyed being able to work with him to get everything started on my home. He was knowledgeable in what we had discussed. The finance team over at RJI was also great. Them and Andrew worked everything out with my insurance so I basically didn’t have to do anything. Any time I had a question, they were prompt in answering and were beyond helpful. Matt and Mark knee what they were doing and treated me with the utmost respect anytime I did communicate with them. The roofers were great. They did a great job and worked faster than I thought was possible! They also did a really great job cleaning up, I haven’t found any nails in my yard which I was honestly expecting to. The gutter guys were also great. They did a nice job and I’m very happy with how it turned out. Lou, their roofing guy was very helpful in answering all the questions I had about my roof and was super friendly throughout. This brings me to the reason that I can only give this company three stars. If it weren’t for the outstanding service provided by the select few, this would have been a one star review. It feels like now that my roof and my gutters are out on, everything else ie a mess. Andy, not my salesperson one, is rude on the phone and he is consistently unavailable. He’s unwilling to answer any of my questions or concerns and always speaks to me with an attitude. I understand that he is more knowledgeable than me, but it is my home that is being worked on. I don’t understand why telling me when something is scheduled for or why it isn’t scheduled is so difficult. I am tempted to cancel my contract with RJI but most of the work that has been done has been outstanding. They have put in time and effort into my claim and I am grateful for that. It “pains” me to not be able to just give this company five stars,

The work completed was done well and certainly to our satisfaction (roof, painting). The communication was disappointing and lacking. Our initial guy was very helpful and thorough. However, it seemed that after we were ready to roll, things/communication started falling apart. We were given many excuses - out of range cell coverage, etc. While we understood delays due to weather and other jobs, all we asked for was communication. They had challenges returning calls in a timely manner. Our initial guy had some personal issues to deal with, so we were turned over to Andy. His communication was extremely frustrating - not returning texts for days, not thorough responses. When the roofers were here, I was never told that they work way beyond dark. I was uncomfortable having them all around the house as my husband was out of town, so I went outside and asked them to wrap up and leave for the day. They did not, and when I texted Andy repeatedly that night about my discomfort and them ignoring my request, I received no response. The painters did an excellent job, but again communication could have been better. Their small crew did great work and were very courteous. When weather hit, while I understand that they couldn't come and do the touch-up work (due to rain), I specifically asked them to come pick everything up and that took about a week to happen. I'm giving them a 4 because the work was done well, but for us, there was no excuses for delayed/lack of communication that happened.
