I had an incredible experience the first time they came out to my house. They were fast and friendly. Following that experience, the leak remained. I called back, they apologized- and returned in a timely manner. Since then, the leak has remained and I have called everyday for over 3 weeks. I have left 6+ voicemails and have called at different times of day. I am hoping this is not something they're doing intentionally, but I do not want to hire another roofing company when I have already paid them to fix the leak that exists. I'm sure they are great people- maybe just hard to get in touch with this time of year.
