2nd time we've used Kyle, this time to lay a concrete base and a retaining wall for a cabin at the top of the garden. We're pleased with the result and were happy with Kyle and his gang - polite and friendly even though they had to wheel barrow all the concrete up to the very top of the garden. They got the job completed on time despite the very rainy weather we've been having lately. Slightly more mess left than I first thought and still waiting for a receipt - hence a star dropped.

We paid him a £200 deposit for a labour only roofing job. He never turned up for the job because his mate was ill and couldn’t work. I offered to assist him on the job to get it done but he wasn’t interested. I ended up doing the job myself in the end because it had to be done before it rained. He has promised to pay the money back so many times but never has. It has now been 6 months so we have been left with little choice but to take legal action. No reputable business should need to ask for a deposit up front for labour only services. I only paid it because of the urgency of the job. Having now read other similar reviews elsewhere I seriously doubt that he ever intended on turning up for the job. I have reported him to trading standards and would advise anyone else who has experienced the same thing to do the same. I would think very hard before paying any sort of deposit to him.

Excellent repairs carried out by Kyle to our Cotswold stone roof. The work was carried out professionally to a high standard by a very friendly and helpful team. Good and reliable roofing contractors are hard to find in this area - but I think this is one.

Really excellent service from Kyle - friendly and professional, he came out to give a quote and then carried out the work to a high standard.
