Great team of lads who arrived on time and completed all the work to a high standard. We added to the job after they had started and this was sorted out as well. Needed building control for the windows and this was signed off with a 'good job' comment. Would use them again.

Strandor sent two teams on two separate occasions, one to install a Velux Sun Tunnel and one to carry out repairs. On both occasions their guys arrived as scheduled, conducted their work with knowledge and professionalism and were polite, friendly and considerate toward our neighbours. They're a credit to their trade and I have no hesitation recommending them to others.

I would rate them zero stars if I could. They were appointed by my insurers to do the repair work on my property after a fire. I've had to complain about the quality of the work three times. As I was still not happy the insurance company appointed an independent RICS surveyor who fully substantiated my complaints and basically savaged every aspect of the work. The report found even more problems than I had noticed, and the summary is that the work will have to be re-done from scratch. Totally incompetent firm.
