I want to thank John West for helping me with the roofing process. He did it very professionally and with ease. This is a great company that cleaned up very good and I am give them an A+!
I did not know who to call when it was time to replace my roof. A friend of mine recommended me Infinity. It was the right call! Infinity made the whole process so easy for me. From the first call to the insurance company, and all the way to installation of the new roof and clean up, Infinity went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Special thanks to John West from Colorado, and Bill Pattison from Texas for all of their help. I will definitely do business with you guys again!
Infinity Restoration and Roofing is one of the few names we provide to our customers looking for a roofing contractor. Dan Anthone is a trusted rep that you can count on for any roofing support and/or needs!
It was a pleasure working with Dan and his team. They truly made the experience of replacing our roof so much easier, and Dan went above and beyond to help us navigate through this process. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Although it started out a little bumpy trying to understand what the roofer was explaining about the estimate from my insurance company, the work was done in a timely manner and the roofers were really nice guys. Unfortunately the roofers removed all of the wood chips I had recently paid to put in front of the house and left scratches on my garage door. I immediately told Dan Anthone about both of these and he did deliver two bags of mulch (not wood chips) which wasn't nearly enough to cover what they had removed. It will take at least 8 bags of which I will now have to buy AGAIN myself! Regarding the garage door, Anthone did nothing about it. He was made aware of it right when the job was being completed! So he lied to his employer if he said I never pointed it out to him! I tried for a month contacting him both of email and phone and he would not respond. Finally I contacted the main office in Texas. They promised to have a painter come over to cover the scratches the roofers made and after over a month it STILL has not been done! It has been one thing after another and I finally said today to just forget it. It's more trouble with them than it's worth. I don't know if I would recommend this company to be honest.
