Colin and Paul have been absolutely amazing through our rear and loft extension project. They lead a team of successful and very hardworking guys whom were all super throughout the project. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them both and we are extremely happy with the build - it has transformed the way we live. Colin and his team have very recently completed an extensive rear and loft extension coupled with complete internal refurbishment and external works to our house. Acorn Construction were recommended to us and having seen work previously done by them, we were happy to have them carry out all aspects of the work required to our house. The last 8 months in which the work was carried out have truly been a journey, as Colin had said it would be! The entire project has been effectively managed by Colin who has listened carefully to what we have wanted and made valueable suggestions throughout the process. He has dealt with any issues that have cropped up efficiently. and his utmost concern throughout the entire process has been that we, as the client, remain happy! I can’t recommend Acorn strongly enough. Colin and team undertook the building of a two storey extension for us and a refurbishment of the older part of the house. The refurbishment turned into a rebuild in parts, as it became clear that there were parts of the house that were in imminent danger of falling down. From beginning to end, Colin went above and beyond to be helpful; the work was done to an exceptional standard and at every stage, Acorn were always ready to suggest ways to save money on the build without compromising the finish.
