Very poor communication from initial contact in correcting poor workmanship. Excuses and false promises will definitely not use again. 12/06/2019 @ 14.12 hours As a follow on from my review I contacted the company to resolve issues and to be told by a so called director 'Richard' f#ck you and your drainpipe and more abuse then hung up because I left a honest review and I am supposed to have a 10 year guarantee. If you want a professional company to honour your guarantee & workmanship look elsewhere.

Wonderful service! We are thoroughly pleased with the customer service and very happy with the work done regarding the porch being paint sprayed and the garage door and hinges painted. The workmen were polite and professional and cleaned up after. Keep up the good work! Recommend to anyone.

Great job! Delighted with the windows, look brand new despite being 12 years old. The guys were professional and were keen to ensure the job was done despite some challenging weather! I would recommend Sykes without any reservation.
