Had a complete re roof with Ian including felting. His work was excellent and looks good. BUT he will not supply receipt for re roof which is the 10 year guarantee. ALSO he did not get the planning paperwork passed for the roof. After trying to contact him for over a year, went to citizens advice and had to pay to get the paperwork signed off. We cannot understand why someone who does such a good job cannot even send a receipt unless there was a reason like non declaration. for tax. I would not recommend as this has cost both my husband and myself stressful nights as well as money. The rating would have been 5 star but for the above. I don't think he will be bothered as his company has folded but he has restarted another company, A tile has now fell off just missing us
