Mark is nothing but professional and an exceptional tradesman. I'm shocked to see the review on here left by Dawn as it is in relation to the job Mark was undertaking on my house (however only just seen this review 4 years on as I was recommending Mark to someone else). Dawn was awkward at every stage - even though my job had nothing to do with her. She complained about minor inconveniences and complained to the police and councils regarding the skip that was placed in a neighbours car parking space (on private land). This was agreed by myself and the neighbour but Dawn took it upon herself to be a complete nuisance (luckily she is no longer my neighbour). Mark handled the situation politely and factually. Dawn has absolutely no right to leave a bad review for Mark after all she wasn't paying the bill. 5 stars all the way for Mark, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and also use him again. He did the job quickly with no hassle and left my house clean and tidy.

Awful man! Intimidating and rude and he wasn't even working for me! He arranged to have a skip parked directly against my main house wall, not path or drive, but actual wall. I wasn't afforded the courtesy of a warning and found he'd obstructed my outside tap, and partial access to my garden. He left it unlit, shored up over the sides and without nettting. When challenged he (rudely) informed me I could call who the h*ll I wanted; the council or whoever, because since the land is private he had no need to provide lighting. No regard for common decency and good manners. No regard for the health and safety of the general public.
