Got them in to repair a leak above first floor bay window, less than six months ago . I came in yesterday to water coming through the ceiling where it was supposedly repaired. Have today had different roofing company out who have taken photos of the supposedly repaired roof. It appears that they have just put mastic round to seal it and that's it. They apparently guarantee work for 6 years but who in their right mind would call them back after six months and expect a good job done the second time round. Would definitely not recommend.

Do not hire this guy for any work needed. Sure he says all the right stuff, gives you confidence in that he knows what he's doing (I hired him as came across very likable, my big mistake). In fact tho the quality of the £1200 worth of work i had him carry out for me so poor that slates fell off the roof within a week damaging my car and now have to pay someone else to put his bodged work right and pay hundreds of pounds to have my car repaired. Contacted him and he refuses to accept any responsibility for his poor workmanship. I'm sure he'll respond to this feedback with many excesses and reasons, but don't say you weren't warned when it goes wrong for you too. Reported to trading standards. Absolute joke this guys work.. Now it's rained I can now see I've still got the leak on the back of my roof where he did the other part of the job.

Job was not completed, promised to come back on 3 occasions, didn't show. We paid cash and to date have not got a receipt.
