Had quite the ice dam issue on my new house, and Bill couldn’t have been better! Called and had an appointment set up for the very next day. Extremely professional, friendly, on time, and very helpful with understanding some of the nuances of having an old house. You can tell he knows what he’s doing. 10/10 would definitely recommend! Worth the money, as without this I’d be dealing with major issues come melting time. Was very upfront and clear with the cost. Will definitely use for any exterior work moving forward!

Bill and his team were amazing. We had just moved into our new home couple weeks back. So we were in a budget to pay for ice dam removal. He was very understanding and accomodating to our needs. He removed the icedams in certain areas and helped create channels to ensure safety for our house as we had requested. He was friendly and empathetic.
