The service from Alexander Windows has been superb throughout. Alex who came out to quote was pleasant and straightforward in explaining the options to me and the quotation itself was received promptly. I took the time to go and visit the showroom and based on that revised the quote to change some of the detail, again the revision was sent promptly. Once I decided to go ahead with an order a surveyor called me and arranged a date for both the survey and installation to suit the schedule of some other works being carried out. The installation itself was completed to a very good standard. There was one thing I needed to ask to be corrected during the installation as I'm a bit of perfectionist but it is a testament to the installers that they dealt with this politely and promptly. They were also very willing explain the details of any questions I had during the installation. All in all my experience with Alexander Windows has been a pleasant one, I'm pleased with the result and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends or family. Thank you very much indeed.

Alexander Windows have done everything for us on our house, they've just done the last couple of windows which is everything done now. Windows doors guttering, the whole lot. Every job has been straightforward. We had an issue with a scratch inside a glass unit but it was reported and changed in just over a week with no fuss. Really can't fault the service and always recommend you when people are looking for doors and windows. A decent local company.
