I can't say enough about the quality of Lousberg's service. Everything happened exactly the way Pam and Jose said it would. All the interaction was courteous and focused on getting the job done well. (A storm damaged all the roofing in our neighborhood. Some homeowners were less lucky in their choice of roofers.)

Lousberg came strongly recommended from a co-worker and surpassed our expectations the whole way through our roof and gutter replacement. After the hail storms hit in Summer 2017 we contacted them to see if our old (and seemingly indestructible) shake shingle roof was damaged enough for coverage. Pam and Jose showed up to help support the inspection while the adjuster was there for 2 hours on a Friday afternoon. Pam and Jose came by a number of times with both roofing and gutter color samples and gave us advice on the insurance savings we could get with each kind of shingle and what to expect to pay out of pocket. They explained the (very confusing) insurance process and took care of all the claim details. They made a number of recommendations on different upgrades and options for us to consider and helped us create a gutter design that would prevent water pooling near our rear foundation. They were very accommodating for scheduling when we decided to add a porch to our front yard before the roofing started. They gave us a firm date one month in advance of roof replacement and kept to it despite a number of bad weather days. Once construction started it took two days to replace the house and garage roofs. The crew was very polite and kept the house and grounds clean. All trash was removed each day and they meticulously swept for nails in all of our grass. They made sure to let us know if they were on lunch or done for the day so the dogs could use the yard to go to the bathroom. We had our trim painted before gutter installation and they worked with the painter on scheduling. Once the painter was done, the gutters were installed in about four hours. They made sure all the details were perfect and fabricated a number of items on site to get a perfect fit. They even painted the screw heads to match the gutter color instead of leaving the exposed zinc heads. We opted for the upgrades downspouts at their recommendation and now that we have had a few big rain storms I am very glad we went with what they recommended. The gutters drain well without pooling near the house and there are no leaks anywhere. Their estimates were conservative and it cost less out of pocket than planned. They submitted all the insurance info for the depreciated value for us. I wish everyone was a thorough and helpful as Lousberg! Very helpful and thorough the whole way through the process. I have now had two complete roof and gutter jobs done by Pam and the great crew at Lousberg Roofing. The first one was done in the middle of the winter in preparation for selling my home, which made for some tricky timing with insurance checks and payment. Pam went above and beyond with allowing us to coordinate the payment in conjunction with closing. So when the 2017 hail storm hit Wheat Ridge, I immediately called Lousberg. They are great at working with your insurance, and timing the work around your schedule. And their crew is prompt and courteous at all times. They even coordinated perfectly with a crew that was installing new asphalt on my driveway the same day! I can't recommend them highly enough!
