Started off well with a chap who came to measure everything up, then after being told that I'd have a quote in a week, had to chase up, only to then be told he was on annual leave and then in fact they'd "misplaced" the paper work and would need to measure up again. Here I am, now a month after the initial measuring having taken place with another company on standby (guy who has done nothing but behave with the utmost professionalism). Shocking stuff really, and totally unprofessional. Hence, wouldn't trust these guys to run a bath. Wasted day off and wasted time.
