I'm having nothing but hassle with this company. First faux pa was the full day I sat in waiting on the surveyor who didn't bother to turn up. No call or anything! Second surveyor turned up. Then, I take a day off work to allow them access to do the work, sit in all day and yet again, no show! Ask for my deposit back to be told I'd be paying the outstanding balance wether the door was fitted or not. Forced into a corner I arrange another fitting date, guess what....No show yet again. No one in the company is interested, I've tried to sort it like an adult but would appear that's not this companies forte. So I'm £300 down and stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea. I'm awaiting a contact from them hoping to get my hard earned money back. I won't hold my breath. Folks, don't pay a deposit I would suggest and maybe try a company who's email address works and one who you can talk to and receive customer service in whatever format that may be!!!
