Alex has just completed replacing my flat roof with professionalism and a high attention to detail. The job took longer than he anticipated because his personal attitude to quality control and pride in his work was reflected in the fantastic job he did for me. **Please read the edit** Alex O'Donnell, from A.O'Donnell Roofing Limited contacted my request for an urgent roofer via Facebook as I had a leaking roof due to rain, and then he promised to come and fix a leaking roof, and arranged a day and time, then simply did not turn up. He then did not tell the truth about his reasons as to why he could not be bothered to honour the agreed time, and date. When questioned as to why he failed to turn up, he claimed it was raining - when not a single drop of rain fell in my area that day! I also lost money on other commitments due to his failure to even show, or give a courtesy contact as to this same failure. For somebody fairly new to business, with a new company, Alex seems to have already fallen into the trap of treating potential customers with contempt, assuming the phone will still ring. The fact is that the industry is already full of people who make promises and then break them, failing to turn up - Alex, and his business are firmly in the category. I cannot recommend him. ***EDIT*** Regarding the business owner's response below this review. The response is a 100% fabrication (a lie), there was no rain in our area all afternoon. There was also no contact to say he wasn't going to turn up, just zero contact. ***IMAGES ADDED *** As you can see by the images Added, in my area there was no rain in the afternoon of the 22nd September 2018, the day this 'roofer' promised to arrive. *** TIP*** Find yourself a roofer who sticks to his word, and avoid the dissapointment, and wasted time that we had with this company.

Great job fixed our roof properly and he is actually a talented at what he does good character as well I would recommend this guy to anyone that needs their roof done properly
