These guys did a phenomenal job! But I'm sure many other contractors would have as well. What set them apart was how they were with us. They were incredibly professional, responsive, and respectful of our time and our situation. We were selling our house and had a lot of deadlines we needed to meet, in addition to dealing with the insurance claim for the roof. Altitude Contracting went above and beyond. I don't know what we would have done without them. In addition to that, they were just all around awesome people. Great with our kids and our puppy. A HUGE thanks to John and your team for everything!!

Altitude Contracting has been great. I called to have my roof checked out as we were experiencing some leaks (thankfully just in our patio). Nick came out and assessed where the leaks were possibly coming from. Their price is fair and their work is honest. Nick documented everything, taking detailed photos - before and after. The first round of resealing still resulted in leaks so Nick came back and reapplied a ton of sealant in the problem areas. We haven't had a major rainstorm so fingers crossed that we are leak free. Regardless Altitude Contracting is a great company and they stand by their work. I highly recommend them.

Nick was great -- very professional, prompt in replies to emails, and got the work done when and how promised. But I think I was most impressed by the fact that, after the job was done and we had paid him, he kept checking in with us and with the insurance agency to be sure we got our final settlement check. Without his persistence, we might still be waiting!
