Excellent job! The fitter worked in a tidy professional manner. Gavin H was always polite and arrived at the time he stated. We are extremely pleased with the installation of our new windows and door. Great!

We had our polycarbonate conservatory roof replaced with an Ultra frame one to make the area more of a room. Paul and Gary were brilliant. There whole attitude to us, as customers and clients, was exemplary. Thank you guys for being very aware of our personal circumstances and working around our needs. SEH BAC were quick to iron out any problems effectively , and there were a couple.

SEH BAC supplied a Back door and Bi Fold doors. Despite a couple of unforeseen setbacks they worked hard to turn things around. The two fitters, David and Jason were excellent, pleasant and efficient. They worked extremely hard to complete an excellent job. Our sincere thanks.

I have had new bi-fold doors and a new front door installed. The products are amazing and the customer service has been outstanding. We had a few project niggles but that was around the building work and the finish of some of the metal handles but Lee in the installation team was fantastic - he pulled out all the stops to get the project finished on time as we had a kitchen being fitted shortly after the installation. Gary and Paul in the fitting team were very friendly and going the extra mile to explain things to me and to follow up all my queries - thanks very much guys! Very happy customer :)

Installation agreed in November for a Conservatory, front door and windows. Windows and front door installed in February, no problems. We had to wait until June for the Conservatory to be installed. The installer was fantastic, Seh Bac needs to do better on their time frames. If want you want to be a market leader, you have to lead on all aspects. Very disappointed overall.
