After 10 months of lies from Zac Bandy all I can say is please avoid this company. I am limited to space on this review but you can read my full review at the Denver BBB website. If you have any doubt whatsoever about this company and the owner please read my full review. My advice to anyone is to avoid the pain of dealing with Zac Bandy.

Great pricing and work done.

By far the best experience I have ever had with any home contractor. Zac met my insurance adjuster and all I have had to do is pick out the colors and style I want and Zac handled everything! I’d give this company 10 stars if I could!

ECRC replaced our roof damaged in the May 8th hail storm in Wheat Ridge. Their rep brought me several sample boards with colors I specifically requested. They followed up on all the details like using painted drip edging to match my gutters instead of galvanized like the previous roofer. The galvanized look very bad with my bronze gutters and downspouts. They painted the flashing on the chimney as it had been painted previously. They cleaned up very well and followed up the replace a roof vent which was damaged. I recommend them very highly. I was kept informed by Dino of the progress and on other details important to me. The finished roof is very beautiful and looks better than the one that was damaged. They are a pleasure to work with and do great work.

We have worked closely with ECRC (Zach Bandy) and his team on a number of CeDUR projects. Their work has been outstanding and homeowners have been extremely satsified.
