Shoddy workmanship and worst customer service experienced to date. I was looking for a local firm to fix a leak in my gutter and Mark from TR Roofing was able to do it at short notice for £300 cash only. I agreed as he also gave the work a five year guarantee. However, the leak wasn't successfully fixed on his first visit. It became very difficult to get him to revisit to honour the guarantee, calls/texts were unanswered and when I asked for a partial refund this was ignored. Would not recommend at all and would have given no stars if I could have posted this review without any.

Great roofing company would highly recommend.

Tried to mend the roof with expanding foam and left a mess in the attic. Roof still leaking after 4 visits and despite a written 25 year guarantee and assurance on each visit that the problem was fixed. Wouldn't get anyone else in who could fix the problem.
