Top man; rang him as I noticed a little leak on the ceiling apparently from the roof. He was round within the hour, up on the roof and checking for obvious problems. Didn't find anything, so advised to use "Lead Mate" on the flashing to stop driving winds pushing the rain water in. Could have told me anything to be fair but felt he was being honest. Genuinely a nice guy.
