Was verbally abused by a disgusting little scrote who works for this company who was blocking a car park entrance,if their work is like their attitude then best to steer clear!

They don't follow up there maintenance after completing work on the roof

We received a quotation for the Roof Renovation last month, decided to go ahead as the price was very competitive and a friend of ours had work done with Clean and Coat in January that they were chuffed with. Work was started on 4th June and only took 4 day to complete. We had 4 ridge tiles loose at the top as well as 3 cracked standard tiles on front facing side of the house. All of this was repaired after the clean. They then sealed the roof to prevent all that moss coming back, then coated the Grey colour we chose. The roof looks like new!! We're so happy with the job. Me and the Wife agree that the process from start to finish has been a pleasure, with an aftercare follow up call stating that any queries or issues we may have in the future, to just give them a call. This put our mind completely at rest concluding that we'd highly recommend Clean And Coat to anyone looking to get work done on their house. Hence writing a review of our experience. Thanks!

What a great job they have done with my roof , how clean it came up and then the colour wish I had it cleaned and coated years ago, and how they cleaned up after themselves as well. Well done to the two men as well done in 2days I couldn't believe it next job will be my flat roof thank you to clean and coat

On the 1 Feb 2018 I paid a deposit of £2133.to have my roof cleaned. On 9 Feb I cancelled the contract , due to a change of circumstances. I am unable to get my deposit back, as clearly stated in their Contract. They do not answer emails , & fob me off with a different excuse each time I phone. I am now having to take legal proceedings to recover my deposit . BEWARE before using this Company , as they clearly have financial problems & are using customers deposit monies, illegally, to prop up their business. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> 14 March 2018 Now pleased to report matter resolved. Phone call from Sales Manager , Daniel, problem due to Director abroad , & bad weather. They have also made changes to Admin team. My star rating is based solely on my experience with Companies poor admin and lack of communications. My friends nearby used this Company to have their bungalow roof cleaned & sealed & they were pleased with the work done.
