This company took my money to repair a hole caused by a branch in my roof. A few months later the roof started leaking. All of a sudden they tell me the pitch isn't steep enough for shingles (which is what they used to repair the hole) & I needed rolled roofing material. The roof was 10 yrs old & had never leaked! They quoted me a price for a new roof which was $100 less than another company even though they told me they were "giving me a break" because I already paid to have the hole repaired. Then the owner lies to me & tells me his men told him the shingles didn't have any underlayment & that was probably causing the problem even though the leak was in the same spot as the original hole. Long story short I found another great roofing company who put in a whole new roof for $500 less than their "break" price & when they pulled the old shingles off low & behold there was underlayment on the whole roof!!
