Another completely unreliable tradesman. I arranged to meet him at my house between 12 and 4 in the afternoon ( thats the best he could do ) after assuring me he would definately turn up, guess what, after waiting all afternoon....no show, 2 phone calls and a text later with no reply , I gave up........best avoided....complete time waster.

I needed a few slipped slates to be repaired with a view to the rest of the property being re-roofed in the spring but James alternative quotes convinced me to have complete re-roofing due to all the damage. I’m very happy with the result, the way the work was done and that James himself took trouble to keep me informed each step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for better. Called James out last week to give us a quote. Very professional I must say. Recived quote same day just as he said I would. We was happy with the quote so asked James to carry out the work.
