You won’t quite believe what I’m about to say. I needed two joists to be replaced because they had cracked right through. It was meant to be a 3 day job. They happened to have more people than they expected free on the first day, so they just threw everybody at it and got the whole thing done in a day. And for a really good price too. Plus they were really friendly and helpful. Basically a win all round.
