Had an issue with work done as roof tiles had dislodged. Spoke to very arrogant and offhand female. "We haven't done it" (dislodged). Have made formal complaint shocking customer service

Dalston Rainwater Systems attended our site as scheduled. They sent a quote to us that accurately reflected what had been discussed. Work took place when it was scheduled. We were unable to be present at the time, however a quick exchange on the phone established some details that came to light during the work - as they often do. So communication and pricing were very good. The work was done to a high standard, for example brackets were fixed with bolts instead of the (otherwise) ubiquitous galvanised pozi-drive screw. Very pleased.

I think that Dalston Rainwater System's idea of 'seamless' is different to ours!!! When we complained the owner's attitude was arrogant, rude and full of excuses. Wish we had gone elsewhere...
