Mike is very unprofessional. Read the reviews on his company. He scheduled us numerous times and constantly reached. We have been trying to get a new roof for months. He has rescheduled me 4 times. As we are retired and home often, the last time he scheduled he promised us to be here, so we made a trip to Seattle to avoid the days of hammering and dogs barking. He rescheduled again to the following week. When I tried to explain our travelling for this he yelled and cursed at me and said I dont tell him how to run his business and to figure it out. We called another company.

Had a very positive experience with Aden roofing this week. My grandmother got a quote from another competitor and the estimated it would cost $3100 to clean and repair her roof and Aden roofing came out and cleaned it for 1/3 the cost and did an amazing job. My grandmother called me to tell me thanks for hiring Aden. She said her roof hasn't looked as clean since the day it went on. We will definitely refer to friends and family. C Clarke

After I called about 20 other roofers who wouldn't help with an emergency roof tarping, I called Aden Roofing and spoke with Mike or Michael. He graciously agreed to help and told me to send an email to him with the required information. (What a relief!) He said he'd send his guys that afternoon. I sent the email 2 minutes later. Literally. That evening I get a call from my customer saying the roofer never showed. Called Aden Roofing again. No answer. Called again, and he answered claiming he'd never spoken with me and got no email. The next morning he called me back on the number I called him on and said he had already left the office for the day (11:47am) when my email came through (yet he had never spoken with me?), and asked if we still needed assistance. We had already had someone else come out to take care of it at that point. Super disappointed with the professionalism and lack of acknowledgement.

Needed a repair in a hurry and it got done quickly and at a fair price. In a field that is crowded with people who are dishonest and sometimes don't even show up, this group is a breath of fresh air. Recommend as highly as I can.
