The owner of fx received the deposit in February 2018. Claimed 10-16 weeks for the project. Once they billed us on a weekend, we paid Wednesday at noon. Because of our "slow" payment one of their employees had a utility turned off! They could be out of cash. They blamed cash flow problems on my spouse, I still have a large deposit credit. They broke a light, cleaned up the glass and didn’t say anything. I asked for a replacement for six months. We finally got sick of seeing it and bought/installed it ourselves. Bob, pay for the light and I will remove a photo.

We recently had extensive repair work done for water damage due to a flat roof on a part of our home. Fx was amazing!! They not only did fabulous work, but they worked seamlessly with the roofing specialists and chimney specialists we had working simultaneously. They gave us competitive pricing as well as options for how we would like to move forward. I never felt pressured, and they were always polite and friendly. Because our home is a 60's vintage, there had been some "creative" workmanship done previously and they worked with that perfectly! They always worked very clean and never left behind huge messes during the interim of the project. Most of all, we are completely happy with the work that was done and the finished product!! We will definitely work with Fx again for future projects!

I'd give this place a 0 if I could. So many things wrong with this company i cant even put it all down.
